c. Mechanical damage.Mechanical damage includes severe pitting of gears, broken teeth, damage to bearing cages, inner and outer rings, balls, and bearing lockup or severe shaft deformation;
d. The outside of the box is covered by sundries or dust.When things are piled up around the reducer or the surface of the body has not been cleaned for a long time, the heat dissipation of the reducer may not be completely covered by debris or dust, resulting in an increase in oil temperature;
e. The cooling equipment is blocked or fails.The cooling equipment, like the reducer, is placed in a dusty factory building. If the internal pipeline is not cleaned up for a long time to cause the cooling equipment to be blocked or the cooling equipment is broken, the oil temperature of the reducer will increase;
Cleaning method:
a. Replace lubricating oil;
b. remove the remaining oil;
c. Carefully check to find out the damaged parts of the parts and repair or replace the parts in time;
d. Remove sundries and dust;
e. Replace the cooling equipment or clean the blockage;
