3. The cycloidal pin reducer has no self-locking effect.
4. The output shaft of the cycloidal wheel reducer cannot bear the axial force.
5. Overload protection equipment should be installed where overloading may occur.
6. The foot plate type horizontal cycloidal pin wheel reducer should be installed on a very firm horizontal foundation without vibration.In applications requiring inclined installation, the inclination of the gear unit shaft must not exceed ±15°.
7. When installing the flange type vertical cycloidal wheel reducer, the output shaft is vertically downward.
8. If other special installation forms other than foot plate horizontal installation and flange vertical installation are required, corresponding lubrication and sealing measures must be taken to ensure sufficient lubrication of the reducer and prevent oil leakage.
9. The installation angle of the grease-lubricated cycloidal pin gear reducer is free.
10. Pads can be used for adjustment when installing the reducer.Spacers shall not exceed three in height, or wedges may be used for adjustment.However, the flat blocks must be replaced after deceleration calibration.
11. In applications where large shocks are applied, vibrations or frequent starts, the foundation and foundation should be connected with anchor bolts and reinforced with dowels (self-provided).
12. The shaft extension form of the input shaft and output shaft of the standard cycloidal wheel reducer is cylindrical and connected by ordinary flat keys.Tolerance roots for shaft diameter dimension H6.The dimensions of the common flat key shall conform to the dimensions of the -79 type and common flat key.The joints connecting the flanges shall be matched according to (H9) of -79.
13. When using coupling, when controlling the cycloid pin reducer with a supporting mechanical connection, it is recommended to use elastic coupling.
14. When the reducer is coupled with the machine to be matched, the concentricity of the two axes should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling.
15. When the controller pin gear reducer is connected with the gear and sprocket, the parallelism of its axes must be ensured.
16. When the sprocket is used for transmission, do not loosen the gear chain, otherwise there will be an impact force during the start.
17. When connecting gears, sprockets and other connecting parts to the output shaft of the ring pin reducer, do not use the direct hammering method.The bolts are threaded through the threaded holes in the shaft extension and pressed in through the pressure plate.
18. After installation, it must be put into trial operation before official use.When the no-load operation is normal, it can be loaded gradually.
