If they cannot overlap, it proves that they are not a pair and cannot be used.Note that cycloidal wheels have pros and cons, and there are marks on the cycloidal wheels, and the marks of each pair of cycloidal wheels are also different.
2. Rotate one of the cycloid wheels by 180°, that is, when the middle bearing holes are completely overlapped, the outer tooth shape is just misaligned, and the heel position of the upper piece is exactly the tooth top position of the lower piece.Note that the relative position of these two wheels must be remembered, it is best to draw the mark yourself, or remember the position of the original mark on the wheel.(This is a cycloidal wheel with a single tooth difference, and the double tooth difference does not need 180°).
3. Put a piece of cycloidal wheel into the pin tooth housing, first turn it by hand to see if it is smooth and swings.
4. Put in the eccentric bearing, because the bearing hole of the cycloidal pinwheel reducer is equivalent to the jacket of the eccentric bearing, so the correct position of the eccentric bearing is that the bearing hole of the lower cycloidal wheel just completely contains the cylindrical ball of the eccentric bearing.
5. Insert the spacer ring.
6. Put in another cycloidal wheel, which is the key when putting this wheel.The position should be placed completely according to the mark you drew last.
7. Put the shaft sleeve on, and turn it by hand to see if it can be turned, and check whether the installation is correct.
