2. Test run
①. After the installation of the servo planetary reducer is completed, a no-load test run should be carried out according to the working speed, and the time is about 2 hours;
②. After 2 hours of operation, the test run can be loaded step by step according to the load of 25%, 50%, and 75%, until it runs at full load;
③ After the load has been running for a period of time, check the contact of the tooth surface and whether the fasteners are loose.
3. Lubrication
①. The servo planetary reducer uniformly uses medium-duty industrial gear oil. The new oil to be replaced must be the same as the original oil brand, and different brands and different types of oil should not be mixed;
②. The height of the filling level should be 1/2 of the oil mark.
4. Precautions for maintenance, maintenance and operation:
①. All servo planetary reducers are strictly prohibited from starting under load.After replacing the accessories, it must be run-in and load test before it can be used normally.
②. During the use of the servo planetary reducer, close attention should be paid to the rotation flexibility of each transmission part, and the maintenance personnel should be notified in time of the abnormal sound and high temperature phenomenon found during the use.
③. Regularly check the tightening degree of the bolts and the amount of oil. When the oil level is lower than the lower scale line of the oil dipstick, the maintenance personnel should be notified in time to replenish the oil.
④. In order to make the servo planetary reducer easy to dissipate heat, the surface should be kept clean and the vent holes should not be blocked.
⑤. The operating servo planetary reducer should be inspected once an hour, and pay attention to observe the oil supply (servo planetary reducer) of the oil pump.Focus on inspections should be carried out on servo planetary reducers whose oil pipes are broken due to high oil temperature.
