Each mechanical product has its own core components. In daily maintenance, these gear reducer accessories are also important. The important parts of the gear reducer can be said to be the appearance and electrical parts. So how to clean and maintain these parts?
1. Maintenance of the appearance of reducer accessories: Clean the outer surface of the lathe and each cover to keep it clean inside and outside, free of rust and oil. Clean the three bars. Check and replenish all screws, handle balls, and handles. After cleaning and wiping, all parts should be lubricated as necessary.
2. Maintenance of reducer accessories and electrical appliances: Clean dust on the motor and electrical box. Electrical installations are neatly fixed.
Of course, in daily maintenance, you don"t just need to maintain these few points. These are just the cleaning and maintenance of several important parts. Other parts such as the gear box also need maintenance.
The first step is to confirm whether the motor and reducer are intact before installation, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connecting the motor and the gear reducer match. Here are the dimensions and fitting tolerances of the positioning boss of the motor, the input shaft and the groove of the reducer.
The second step is to unscrew the screw on the dust-proof hole on the outside of the reducer flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring to align the side hole with the dust-proof hole, insert the inner hexagon and tighten it. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
The third step is to naturally connect the motor and reducer. When connecting, it must be ensured that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor is consistent, and that the outer flanges of the two are parallel. Inconsistent concentricity may cause the motor shaft to break or the reducer gear to wear.
In addition, during installation, it is strictly forbidden to hit with a hammer to prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the force bolts. Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and ZJY reducer connection parts with gasoline or zinc-sodium water. Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and the flexibility of operation, and to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Before connecting the motor to the reducer, please make the keyway of the motor shaft vertical to the tightening bolt. To ensure uniform stress, please first screw on the mounting bolts at any diagonal position, but do not tighten them, then screw on the other two mounting bolts at diagonal positions, and finally tighten the four mounting bolts one by one.
Finally, tighten the force bolt. All tightening bolts of the gear reducer need to be fixed and inspected with a torque wrench according to the indicated fixed torque data. The relevant data of the right-angle reducer is not exactly the same as that of the linear reducer of the same model, so users are advised to pay attention. The correct installation between the reducer and the mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between the reducer and the drive motor. The key is to ensure that the concentricity of the reducer output shaft and the driven part shaft is consistent.
