In principle, the value obtained should be less than the additional output torque of the nearby reducer supplied in the product catalog. Together, the overload ability of the driving motor and the * * * large operation torque required in practice should be considered. The required * * * large operating torque shall be less than twice the additional output torque. When you are satisfied with the above conditions, please choose the reducer with small volume. The cost of the reducer with small volume is relatively low.
3. Return gap. The smaller the return gap, the higher the precision and the higher the cost. Users should consider the lateral / radial force and average life. The reducer with large lateral / radial force has high reliability and is not easy to cause problems in the device and application.
4. Also consider the component of the motor. A reducer is only allowed to be matched with a motor less than a certain component. The motor is too heavy and long-term operation will damage the input flange of the reducer.
5. Understand the brand
Before purchase, you should know what brand the reducer you need. If there is no brand limit, you should choose the reducer suitable for the motor.
6. Understand power
We should clearly know how much power the servo reducer we need is used for the servo motor, so that it can be used together.
