In general, the deceleration motor needs to be wiped with a dry rag when cleaning. If it is wiped with a relatively wet rag, it is easy for water to drip into the inside of the motor, causing machine failure, and even a short circuit. If it is serious, it will cause the machine to burn out, so everyone should pay special attention to this point to prevent water from entering the motor. Once water enters, it needs to be dealt with in time. The following is the treatment method after the water enters the gear motor introduced by the planetary reducer manufacturer.
1. Remove the windshield of the deceleration motor, take off the fan blade at the rear of the pulley, unscrew the 6 or 8 bolts on the end cover, disassemble the bearing end cover and the line post cover of the motor, and pull the rotor out.
2. Then erect the stator, put a 200-watt light bulb into the hole of the stator and bake for 2 hours. Remember to cover the upper end of the stator properly when baking, so that the heat dissipation of the stator will not be too fast, and keep it at 80~100° C is enough, and the insulation resistance can be measured with a megohmmeter as high as 5MΩ.
3. Try not to damage the enameled wire of the deceleration motor during the disassembly process. If the insulation layer of the enameled wire is damaged, you can go to the enameled wire store to buy some insulating paint and brush it to dry. There is also a bearing problem. If there is no dustproof The bearing of the cover can be cleaned with kerosene or diesel oil, and then add appropriate calcium-based grease lubricating oil. If the bearing with the dust cover can be baked at a temperature of 80~100°C for two hours, you can also put the bulb when baking the stator. Put it down, and use the bearing to gently press the bulb and bake it together.
4. Then clean the machine base and the sundries on the end cover, and install them back step by step. After the installation, conduct a no-load test to confirm that there is no abnormality before using it.
