3. Leakage phenomenon
Due to the looseness, vibration and temperature rise of the reducer, the sealing surface of the reducer and the pipe joint will leak; some casting defects are not easy to find when the equipment is debugged, but due to the vibration and shock during operation, these problems manifest as oil spill.Therefore, leaks can also occur during break-in.
4. Looseness occurs
There may be some variance in the shape and degree of fit of newly delivered parts.At the beginning of application, the originally fastened parts become loose due to the impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as the influence of heat, deformation and other factors, coupled with rapid wear and other reasons.
The above work is completed under the condition of trial operation and running-in of the reducer, which is also a kind of maintenance for the reducer and plays a very good role in the long-term operation of the reducer.
