When the output shaft bears a large tangential load, the thickened type should be used.
4. Assemble the equipment in accordance with the regulations to ensure that managers can easily access the oil level gauge, breather plug, and oil drain plug.After the installation is in place, the performance of the installation part should be comprehensively checked in order, and the stability of the clamping of each standard part should be able to rotate flexibly after installation.The reducer adopts septic tank splash lubrication. Before operation, the customer needs to take out the screw plug of the ventilation port and replace the ventilation plug.Press different installation positions and open the oil level plug screw to check the relative height of the oil level line. Apply oil from the oil level plug until the grease overflows from the oil level plug screw hole. Tighten the oil level plug and check if it is correct. , you can start a full-load test run, which should not be less than 2 hours.The operation should be stable, without impact, vibration, noise or water and oil leakage. Abnormalities should be cleared immediately.
