Reduction ratio:
The output speed is higher than the input speed (the inner ring gear is fixed and the sun gear is active)
Series:
For the number of sets of planetary gears, because one set of planetary gears can not meet the requirements of large transmission ratio, sometimes two or three sets are required to meet the requirements of large transmission ratio. Due to the increase of the number of planetary gears, the length of the two-stage or three-stage reducer will increase and the efficiency will decrease.
Rated input speed:
When the driving speed and ambient temperature of the reducer are high, please reduce the input speed, which will help to improve the service life of the reducer.
Output speed:
The output speed is calculated from the input speed n1 and transmission ratio according to the following formula.

Transmission efficiency:
The efficiency on the sample refers to the transmission efficiency of the reducer under full load.
Rated output torque:
It refers to the torque (without wear) that the reducer can load for a long time (continuous working system). The conditions shall meet the load safety, and the safety factor is FS = 1; The rated output shaft complies with gear and bearing standards.
Acceleration torque T2b:
It refers to the * * * large torque allowed to be loaded to the output end in a short time when the working cycle is less than 1000 times per hour. When the working cycle is more than 1000 times per hour, the impact factor needs to be considered. T2b is a * * * large value in the selection of periodic working system. The acceleration torque in actual use must be less than the acceleration torque, otherwise the service life of the reducer will be shortened.
Starting torque T10:
Refers to the torque loaded on the reducer to overcome the friction in the reducer;
