Reasonable selection of tooth surface hardness and gear backlash: When the gear backlash is less than 0.04 mm, the noise is low, so the gear backlash can be appropriately reduced to reduce noise.In addition, when the hardness of the driving gear is 2-3HBC higher than that of the driven gear, the noise can be effectively reduced.
5. Special treatment for the tooth surface: Under the conditions of the gear strength design, high damping cast iron or some non-metallic materials can be used to process the gear, and the tooth surface can also be coated with non-metallic materials for treatment.Since the material has good plasticity and toughness, it can effectively reduce noise by reducing vibration and impact.
6. Improve the lubrication conditions of the gear: the lubrication of the gear should be based on the peripheral speed of the gear to select the appropriate lubrication method and lubricant to effectively reduce the noise.Note that lubrication should be combined with circulating oil lubrication.
