Safety factor: When Selection, be sure to leave a safety factor of 1.2-1.5 times the rated torque, and the actual load is controlled within 80% of the rated torque to extend the service life.
Noise and heat: Inferior cycloidal reducers are prone to problems such as loud noise and severe heat. Precision-grade products should be selected (return gap ≤ 5 arc minutes), and synthetic high-temperature resistant lubricants should be used.

Planetary reducers have compact structure, high transmission efficiency (generally above 95%), and high cost performance, but their rigidity and accuracy under extreme heavy loads are slightly inferior to RV reducers.
