Optimizing the operation and maintenance of loom reducers is the core focus of textile workshops to reduce costs and unplanned downtime. Through systematic and refined management, the equipment failure rate can be reduced by more than 50%, the service life can be extended by 30%, and a single piece of equipment can reduce downtime losses by tens of thousands of yuan per year.
One and four levels of preventive operation and maintenance system
Daily Inspection: Focus on monitoring the operating temperature, noise frequency, vibration amplitude and oil level of the reducer. If high temperatures above 80°C and high-frequency harsh and abnormal noises are found, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting to prevent minor faults from turning into cascading damage.
Weekly inspection: Clean the lint fibers accumulated on the fuselage, heat sink and shaft end, clear the heat dissipation channels, check the status of the input and output shaft oil seals and box gaskets to prevent dust from penetrating inside.
Monthly maintenance: Use a vibration analyzer to detect the characteristic frequency of gear and bearing wear, calibrate the transmission alignment accuracy, and check all connecting bolts and fasteners to prevent components from shifting and causing malfunctions.
Annual overhaul: Comprehensively dismantle the machine to check the wear amount of core components, and replace gears and bearings that are close to the wear limit in pairs in advance to avoid sudden tooth breakage and lock-up leading to long-term production shutdown.
2. Standardized lubrication cost reduction plan
Select VG220~VG320 heavy-duty anti-wear gear oil to adapt to high humidity and continuous operating conditions in the textile workshop to avoid emulsification and high temperature failure of ordinary oils.
Implement the "five fixed" lubrication system: fixed point, fixed quality, quantitative, timing, and fixed personnel. The oil should be changed 300 to 600 hours after the first operation, and every 1500 to 5000 hours thereafter. When changing the oil, clean the magnetic oil plug to remove metal abrasive particles.
It is forbidden to mix different brands, mineral oils and synthetic oils to avoid lubrication failure caused by chemical reactions of oils and greatly reduce the abnormal wear rate of gears.
3. Exclusive protection upgrade for textile working conditions
Priority is given to loom-specific cycloidal pinwheel reducers with multiple dust-proof seals. The gaps in the loom are optimized to prevent cotton fibers from penetrating into the interior and prevent dust accumulation and jamming.
Exposed shaft cores and metal screws should be rust-proofed every month. Equipment that has been shut down for a long time should be sealed to prevent dust and moisture. Check the oil status before starting the machine to avoid internal damage caused by moisture and rust.
Install a vibration isolation device to offset the impact load caused by frequent starts and stops of the loom, reduce the alternating stress loss of bearings and gears, and reduce the probability of component fatigue damage.
4. Full life cycle cost control
Abandon the mixed use mode of general accessories and match the special reducer according to the actual load and speed of the loom to avoid frequent failures and excessive energy consumption caused by mismatched working conditions from the source.
Targeted upgrades and transformation of old reducers with aging precision and excessive failure rates, new high-precision models can reduce energy consumption by more than 10%, while reducing yarn defective rates and increasing product premiums.
Install the oil temperature and vibration online monitoring module to achieve "oil change according to quality" instead of "oil change on time", avoiding the waste of oil and labor caused by excessive maintenance, and further reducing operation and maintenance costs.
