The installation steps of ZSC (320) reducer are as follows:
Preparation before installation
Check whether the model and specifications of the reducer are consistent with the design requirements and whether there are any defects such as damage or deformation in the appearance.
Prepare the tools you need to install, such as wrench, screwdriver, crane, etc., and make sure the tools are intact and suitable for installation operations.
When cleaning the surface of the installation foundation, the foundation surface must be flat and clean, without oil, debris, and obvious unevenness, to ensure that the reducer can fit closely with the foundation after installation.
According to the installation size of the reducer, the installation position line is accurately drawn on the basis to serve as the positioning reference during installation.
Lifting reducer
Use appropriate lifting equipment, such as electric hoists or car cranes, to lift the reducer smoothly above the installation position.
During lifting, pay attention to maintaining the balance of the reducer to avoid collision or shaking, and prevent damage to the reducer. At the same time, a dedicated person should be arranged to direct the lifting operation to ensure the safe and accurate lifting process.
Preliminary positioning
Place the reducer slowly on the installation base so that it is roughly aligned with the pre-drawn installation position line.
Use a level to check the level of the reducer, and adjust its horizontal state by placing appropriate gaskets on the bottom of the reducer to ensure that the level of the reducer is within the allowable range. Generally, the horizontal deviation is required to not exceed 0.1mm/m.
Connect the input and output shaft
Connect the input shaft of the reducer to the motor shaft. If coupling is used, ensure the installation accuracy of the coupling so that the coaxial deviation of the two axes does not exceed the allowable value of the coupling. Tools such as a dial table are usually used for measurement and adjustment to ensure the concentricity and parallelism of the two axes.
For the connection between the output shaft and the working mechanism, the accuracy and reliability of the connection must also be ensured. For example, if the output shaft is connected to the drive roller of the conveyor belt, it is necessary to ensure that the connection between the output shaft and the drum shaft is firm and the transmission is stable.
Fixed reducer
Use anchor bolts to secure the reducer to the base. Before tightening the anchor bolt, check the position, level of the reducer and the connection between the input and output shafts again. After confirming that it is correct, tighten the anchor bolts gradually according to the specified torque value.
When tightening anchor bolts, symmetrical and cross-sectional methods should be carried out to ensure that the reducer is evenly fixed on the foundation and avoid deformation or damage due to uneven stress.
Install the lubrication system
According to the use requirements of the reducer, the corresponding lubrication system is installed. For ZSC (320) reducers, oil bath lubrication or forced lubrication is usually used.
If it is oil bath lubricating, add lubricating oil to the specified oil level mark after the reducer is installed in place. When adding lubricating oil, use a clean oil barrel and filter to prevent impurities from mixing into the oil. At the same time, check whether the oil mark is clear and accurate so that the oil level is timely observed during operation.
If a forced lubrication system is used, the oil pump, oil pipe and other related components must be installed to ensure that the oil circuit is connected correctly, sealed well, and there is no leakage. Then, debug the oil pump to check whether the oil output and oil pressure of the oil pump meet the requirements.
Install protection device
After the reducer is installed, corresponding protective devices, such as guardrails, protective covers, etc., must be installed to prevent people from touching rotating parts and avoiding safety accidents.
The height and strength of the guardrail should comply with relevant safety standards, and the protective cover should be firmly installed to effectively cover the rotating parts of the reducer, such as couplings, gears, etc.
