1. Installation of shaft-mounted reducer
(1) The installation relationship between the reducer and the working machine
In order to avoid the deflection of the main shaft of the working machine and the additional force on the bearing of the reducer, the distance between the reducer and the working machine should be as small as possible without affecting the normal operation, and the value is 5-10mm.
(2) Connection between reducer and working machine
The reducer is directly set on the main shaft of the working machine.When the reducer is running, the reaction torque acting on the reducer case is balanced by the reaction torque bracket installed on the reducer case or other methods.The machine is directly matched, and the other end is connected with the fixed bracket.
(3) Install the anti-torque bracket
The anti-moment bracket should be installed on the side of the working machine facing the reducer to reduce the bending moment attached to the shaft of the working machine.The shaft sleeve at the connection end of the anti-torque support and the fixed support is made of elastic body such as rubber to prevent deflection and absorb torque fluctuations.
Second, the use, maintenance and precautions of the gear reducer
(1) When disassembling the reducer, try to avoid knocking to avoid damage to normal parts.
(2) If oil leakage is found at the shaft extension or connection during use, the skeleton oil seal and other seals should be replaced in time.
(3) The reducer adopts 460# medium-duty industrial gear oil, and the working environment temperature is 0-40°C.
(4) After the first 100 hours of use, the inner cavity should be cleaned and replaced with new gear oil, and then the oil should be replaced every 2000 hours.
3. Precautions for installation and use of reducer
(1) The reducer should be firmly installed on a stable and horizontal foundation or base, the oil in the oil tank should be drained, and the cooling air should circulate smoothly.The foundation is unreliable, vibration and noise are generated during operation, and damage to bearings and gears is caused.When the transmission coupling has protrusions or gears and sprockets are used for transmission, consideration should be given to installing protective devices.When the output bearing is subject to a large radial load, the reinforced type should be selected.
(2) Install the equipment according to the regulations to ensure that the staff can easily access the oil mark, oil drain plug and oil drain plug.After the installation is in place, the accuracy of the installation position and the reliability of the compression of each fastener should be thoroughly checked in sequence.It should be able to rotate flexibly after installation.The reducer is splash lubricated by oil pool.Before operation, the user needs to remove the vent plug and replace the vent plug.According to different installation positions, open the screw of the oil level plug, check the height of the oil level line, add oil from the oil level plug until the lubricating oil overflows from the screw hole of the oil level plug, screw on the oil level plug, and then conduct a no-load test run, The test drive time shall not be less than 2 hours.Smooth operation, no impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage.If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated in time.
(3) When installing the reducer, attention should be paid to the alignment of the central axis of the transmission, and the error should not be greater than the use compensation of the coupling used.Good alignment can prolong service life and obtain ideal transmission efficiency.
(4) When the transmission part is installed on the output shaft, it is not allowed to hit with a hammer.Generally, the assembly fixture and the internal thread of the shaft end are used to press the transmission part with bolts, otherwise the internal parts of the reducer may be damaged.Rigid fixed couplings must not be used.Improper installation of this type of coupling will cause unnecessary external loads, leading to premature bearing damage, and even breakage of the output shaft in severe cases.
