For large load inertia, the reciprocal square of the reduction ratio can be used to match the best equivalent load inertia to obtain the best control response. 4. Reduce equipment cost: From the perspective of cost, assuming that the unit equipment cost of 0.4KW AC servo control motor with driver, the enterprise of 5KW AC servo motor with servo driver must spend 15 unit time costs. However, if we use 0.4KW servo motor with motor and driver together with a reducer, we can achieve the above 15 unit costs and save more than 50% of operating costs.
