Normal temperature operating conditions : In normal temperature environment, 40# or 50# mechanical oil can be selected, which has a low viscosity and can meet the lubrication needs of the conventional operation of the reducer, ensure the smooth operation of the reducer, and reduce energy consumption.
High temperature or heavy load conditions : If the reducer is in a high temperature environment or needs to bear heavy load, it is recommended to use 70# or 90# extreme pressure gear oil. This type of lubricating oil has good oxidation resistance, emulsification resistance and rust resistance, and can maintain lubricating performance under high temperature conditions, effectively improving the working efficiency and service life of the reducer.
Different temperature ranges : Gear oil of different viscosity can also be selected according to the specific temperature range. For example, 68# gear oil is suitable for use in an environment of -5℃ to 10℃, 100# or 150# gear oil is suitable for an environment of 0℃ to 35℃, and 320# gear oil is suitable for an operating environment of 30℃ to 50℃.
If this type of reducer is installed vertically, it is also possible to use grease lubricating, such as molybdenum disulfide-2# or ZL-2 lithium-based grease.
