2. Treatment of inner hole of bearing seat
When inspecting the inner hole of the self-aligning bearing installed at the inner end of the bearing seat, it was found that the hole size was out of tolerance in the early stage, and chrome plating was carried out, and the transition copper was exposed in many places. The bearing seat is made of nodular cast iron, and there is residual part at the chrome-plated part. Since it can also support the bearing, it can be coated with anaerobic adhesive on site to prevent the outer ring of the bearing from running and further aggravate the expansion of the inner hole.
