What are the reasons for the motor burnout of the spiral reducer?Let me introduce to you one by one:


1. The compressor starts frequently.During the starting process of the motor, although it is started by reducing the voltage, the starting current is still several times the rated current, so the temperature rises rapidly during the starting process of the motor.If the cooling capacity range of the refrigeration unit is not properly selected, and the control exceeds the start-stop frequency range of the compressor, it will cause frequent start-stop of the compressor and shorten the service life of the compressor motor.


2. The system was not cleaned up after the motor burned out.For systems with compressor burnout failures, the system must be thoroughly cleaned because strong acid is produced when the motor burns out and remains in the system.If the treatment is not clean, when the new motor is running, the residual acid will corrode the motor insulation layer, causing the new motor to burn out again.


3. The planetary reducer system is not clean enough.The most significant problem is the presence of water, which causes poor insulation of the motor; water, refrigerant and refrigeration oil circulate in the system.Acidic substances will be produced after high and low temperature changes, which will damage the insulation layer of the motor.Long-term operation will cause poor insulation of the motor and burn the motor.


4. When the rotating parts of the compressor are stuck, if the motor protection action fails, the motor may be overloaded and burned.The compressor is stuck because there are foreign objects in the compressor, oil is thrown without lubrication, parts are loose, the body is overheated and sintered, and the bearings are worn out.


5. Unstable power supply and poor quality of power supply, such as too high or too low voltage (mostly self-generated power supply), will have adverse effects on the motor, especially when the compressor is used outside the rated voltage range.Long-term operation makes the motor in a state of low efficiency and overheating, resulting in poor insulation and motor burnout.In addition, the unbalanced three-phase voltage or current will also increase the motor loss (iron loss and copper loss), and the temperature of the motor coil will increase.If the motor insulation is damaged due to improper protection, it will have adverse consequences.
