Disassembly related components: Detach the necessary housing, end cover and other components according to the structure of the reducer so that they can be observed and operated to the parts where the gap needs to be adjusted. During the disassembly process, pay attention to keeping the removed parts and record their installation location and order for subsequent correct assembly.
Determine the adjustment method: There are the following common adjustment methods.
1. Washer adjustment method: Check whether there are adjustment spacers between the gear and the shaft, and between the bearing and the bearing seat. If so, the gap can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the gasket. Adding the gasket can move the gear outward and increase the gap; reducing the gasket can move the gear inward and reduce the gap. Note that the specifications and quantity of gaskets should meet the requirements of the reducer and non-standard gaskets shall not be matched at will.
