Cycloidal reducer, which is a new type of cycloidal gear meshing transmission based on the transmission principle.All transmissions of cycloid reducer can be divided into three parts: input part, reduction part and output part.
The input shaft is equipped with a double eccentric sleeve with a displacement of 180°, and two roller bearings called rotating arms are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form an H mechanism.The center hole of the two cycloid gears is the raceway of the arm bearing on the eccentric sleeve, and the cycloid gear meshes with a group of circularly arranged pin teeth on the pin gear to form an internal gear reduction mechanism with a tooth difference of one tooth.(In order to reduce friction, in the reducer with small speed ratio, the pin teeth are equipped with pin gear sleeves).
When the input shaft rotates one circle with the eccentric sleeve, due to the characteristics of the tooth profile curve on the cycloid gear and the limitation of the needle teeth, the cycloid gear moves into a plane motion that not only revolves but also rotates.When the input shaft rotates forward, the eccentric sleeve also rotates one circle, and the cycloid gear rotates one tooth in the opposite direction, thereby decelerating.Then with the W output mechanism, the low-speed rotation of the cycloid gear is transmitted to the output shaft through the pin shaft, thereby obtaining a lower output speed.
