The replacement cycle of lubricant has an impact on the output speed of the S67-26.93-M1 reducer, as follows:
Lubrication effect decreases: If the lubricant oil has not been replaced for a long time, its lubricating performance will gradually decline. The viscosity of the oil may change, becoming thicker or thinner, and a good oil film cannot be formed between transmission components such as gears and bearings. This will increase friction between the gears and reduce transmission efficiency, thereby affecting the output speed, which may cause unstable speed and lower speed.
Reduced heat dissipation performance: The reducer will generate heat during operation and needs to rely on lubricating oil to dissipate heat. Lubricant that has not been replaced for a long time will have poor heat dissipation performance, which will increase the internal temperature of the reducer. Excessively high temperatures will cause thermal deformation of components such as gears and bearings, affecting their matching accuracy, and thus causing fluctuations or decreases in the output speed. At the same time, high temperatures will accelerate the aging and deterioration of lubricating oil, further deteriorating lubricating conditions.
Impurity accumulation: As the use time increases, impurities will gradually be mixed into the lubricant, such as metal debris, dust, moisture, etc. These impurities will aggravate the wear of gears and bearings, and may block the oil circuit, making the lubricant unable to be supplied to various lubricating parts normally, resulting in poor local lubrication, affecting the transmission efficiency, and ultimately affecting the output speed.
In order to ensure the normal operation of the S67 reducer and the stability of the output speed, the lubricant needs to be replaced according to the specified replacement cycle. Generally speaking, the lubricant should be replaced again when the reducer is initially running to 400 hours, and the subsequent oil change cycle is about 4000 hours. In practical applications, the oil change cycle can be adjusted according to the use of the equipment and the working environment. For example, when working in a high temperature, humid, dusty environment, or when the load is large, the operation time is long, and the oil change cycle should be appropriately shortened.
