XLD working principle: XLD cycloid reducer is mainly composed of cycloid gears, needle wheels, output mechanisms, etc. When the input shaft drives the cycloid gear to rotate, the cycloid-shaped teeth of the cycloid gear mesh with the needle teeth of the needle wheel. Since the number of teeth of the cycloid gear is relatively small and the number of needle teeth of the needle wheel is large, when the cycloid gear rotates for one week, the rotation angle of the needle wheel is smaller than that of the cycloid gear, thereby achieving a reduction effect. The reduction ratio is the ratio of the number of teeth of the cycloid gear to the number of teeth of the needle wheel. At the same time, the meshing between the cycloid gear and the needle wheel transmits the power of the input shaft, and the speed of the output shaft is lower than that of the input shaft, but the torque increases.
Installation precautions:
Preparation: Check whether the number and model of the reducer meet the requirements, whether the spare parts are complete, and whether the processing accuracy and surface roughness of each component meet the standards; ensure that the coupling between the reducer and the prime mover (or working machine) is correct, rotates flexibly and is installed firmly; check whether the installation foundation is flat and sturdy, whether the anchor bolts are tight and reliable, and clean the installation site to ensure a clean environment and good ventilation.
Installation process:
Avoid thrusting the output shaft: When installing couplings, pulleys, sprockets and other couplings on the output shaft, it is prohibited to use direct thrusting method, because the output shaft structure cannot withstand axial thrusting force, and the shaft end screw should be used to screw into the coupling.
Correct use of ring screws: The ring screws on the reducer are only used to lift the reducer.
Calibration installation dimensions: When installing on a basic basis, the elevation, leveling and related dimensions of the installation centerline of the reducer and the connection parts must be calibrated. The concentricity of the calibration rotation shaft should not exceed the allowable range of the coupling.
Reasonable selection of pads: You can use steel pads or cast iron pads for calibration. The height of the pads does not exceed three pieces, and iron can also be used. However, after calibration, flat pads should be replaced. The pads should be configured to avoid causing deformation of the body and arranged symmetrically on both sides of the foundation bolts to ensure that the water slurry can flow freely during irrigation.
Ensure the quality of irrigation of cement slurry: The irrigation of cement slurry should be dense and should not have bubbles, voids or other defects.
Pay attention to the connection between the reducer and the working machine: If the reducer is directly installed on the main shaft of the working machine, when the reducer is running, the reaction torque acting on the reducer chassis must be balanced by the counter torque bracket or other methods installed on the reducer chassis; the counter torque bracket should be installed on the side of the reducer facing the working machine, and the shaft sleeve with the fixed support coupling end uses rubber and other elastic bodies to prevent deflection and absorb torque fluctuations; the distance between the reducer and the working machine should be as small as possible without affecting normal operation, generally 5-10mm.
