The oil level of the BLD4-11-7.5KW cycloid pin wheel reducer should usually be kept at the center line of the oil viewing window.
A reducer with oil windows horizontally placed, when the machine is stationary, the oil level reaches 2/3 of the oil mirror can also be considered normal. This is because the cycloid reducer generally uses oil pool lubrication. The appropriate oil level can ensure that the transmission components such as gears are fully lubricated, and can also avoid excessive heat generated during operation due to excessive oil level, increased risk of oil leakage, or damage to components due to poor lubrication caused by too low oil level.
If the reducer does not have an oil window, refuel when placed horizontally, remove the upper observation cover and insert it vertically into the bottom of the box with a dipstick. The oil level height is generally 55mm−65mm. However, reducers produced by different manufacturers may vary. It is recommended to refer to the equipment's instruction manual to determine the exact oil level range.
