4. Internal failure
Gear wear : After long-term use of gears, the wear will be severe and the tooth shape will change, which will increase the friction during meshing and lead to excessive temperature rise.
Bearing damage or wear : The bearing is damaged or worn, which will reduce the operating accuracy of the rotating parts, increase friction, and thus increase the temperature rise.
