  • Transmission method

    • 齿轮减速机:利用不同齿数的齿轮相互啮合来传递动力。 The driving gear (small teeth) drives the driven gear (more teeth) to rotate, and the speed is reduced based on the difference in the number of teeth. For example, a 10-tooth active pinion drives the driven gear with 30-toothed large gear. The driving wheel rotates for 3 turns, and the driven wheel rotates for 1 turns to achieve the purpose of deceleration.

    • Worm gear reducer: Rely on the interaction of the spiral line of the worm and the tooth shape of the worm gear to drive. When the worm is rotated, its spiral teeth push the worm gear to rotate. Because the worm spiral rise angle is small, the worm gear rotates more than one turn, achieving a significant slowdown.

    • Planetary reducer: The main transmission components are sun gear, planetary wheel, ring gear and planet carrier.太阳轮输入动力,带动行星轮自转和公转,行星轮在与太阳轮、齿圈的啮合作用下,通过行星架输出动力。

  • Torque change characteristics

    • Gear reducer: The degree of torque increase is related to the gear teeth ratio. The larger the gear ratio, the greater the increase in the output torque relative to the input torque. However, the torque increase of single-stage gear transmission is limited, and multi-stage gear transmission can further increase the torque.

  • Self-locking performance

    • Worm gear reducer: When the lead angle of the worm is smaller than the equivalent friction angle of the meshing surface, it has a self-locking function, that is, the worm can only drive the worm gear to rotate, and the worm gear cannot drive the worm gear in reverse. It is often used in situations where reversal needs to be prevented, such as lifting equipment.
