Loading capacity: Refer to the general parameters of the TPS200 series, the allowable torque is about 4200N·m (the specific needs to be combined with the actual working conditions and manufacturer calibration); the tooth surface contact area can reach more than 70%, the meshing stability is strong, and the load-bearing capacity is better than that of ordinary worm reducers.
3. Working conditions and adaptation requirements
The working environment temperature range is - 40℃~40℃; when the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil needs to be heated to above 0℃ before starting, or low freezing point lubricating oil must be selected;
Lubricating oil needs to be selected according to the ambient temperature. Medium-load industrial gear oil can be used for normal working conditions. Corresponding special lubricating oil must be matched for high-temperature or heavy-loading conditions.
