For the reducer used for the first time, the lubricating oil should be replaced after 300-600 hours (about 7-14 days) of operation.After another three months of use, the reducer should be replaced for the second time.After that, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 4000-6000 hours of operation of the reducer.The oil quality of the reducer should be checked frequently.Oil that contains impurities, contamination or breakdown must be replaced immediately.


The reducer should be inspected and maintained regularly, and necessary measures must be taken for scratches, adhesions and obvious wear; check the bolt tightness and oil quantity frequently, and replenish oil in time when the oil level of the reducer is lower than the lower scale line of the vernier; the surface of the reducer should be Clean, vents must not be blocked.During the operation of the equipment, check whether there is abnormal vibration and whether the temperature meets the requirements.
