It is the lubricating oil with qualified quality, and whether the added amount is correct. Third, we need to see the quality of assembly, And what kind of environment we use.
The second easy problem is the wear of the transmission bevel gear. RV turbine reducer is generally installed on the deceleration street, which is related to the addition of lubricating oil and the selection of lubricating oil. During historical installation, it is easy to cause insufficient lubricating oil. When the reducer stops running, there is electric shock and loss of transmission gear oil between the reducers. The gears are not protected by lubrication. There is no effective lubrication during startup or operation, resulting in wear and even damage to the machinery.
Another possible problem of RV turbine reducer is turbine wear. During the normal operation of the reducer, the worm is like a rubbing knife, constantly rubbing the turbine, resulting in turbine wear. If the wear speed is relatively fast, we should consider whether the model of the reducer is correct.
