The eccentric sleeve has two functions:One is to install roller bearings; the other is to produce mechanical effects.
Two roller bearings are installed on the eccentric sleeve to form an H mechanism. The central holes of the two cycloidal wheels are the raceways of the arm bearings on the eccentric sleeve, and the cycloidal wheel and a group of rings arranged on the needle housing The needle-tooth pins are meshed, and the reducer manufacturer forms an internal meshing reduction mechanism with a small tooth difference.
When the input shaft rotates one circle with the eccentric sleeve, due to the characteristics of the tooth profile curve on the cycloid wheel and the limitation of the pin tooth pin on the pin gear housing, the movement of the cycloid wheel becomes a plane motion with both revolution and rotation. , when the input shaft rotates one revolution forward, the eccentric sleeve also rotates one revolution, and the cycloid wheel rotates a tooth difference in the opposite direction to obtain deceleration, and then the low-speed self-rotation of the cycloid wheel passes through the pin shaft with the help of the W output mechanism, and is transmitted to the output shaft, resulting in a lower output speed.
