RV-20E and 40E have two planetary gears. Please pay special attention when assembling the input gear.The input gear should be inserted straight in.
If the phase with the planetary gear does not match, please slightly change the angle in the circumferential direction and make sure that the motor flange surface is not tilted and is in close contact.It is strictly forbidden to screw in bolts, etc.If the flange surface is tilted, it may cause the state shown in Figure 12 below left.
RV-6E, 20E, 40E reducer technical requirements:
Appearance quality mark: The appearance of the reducer should be neat and beautiful, with clear and correct markings.There should be no obvious defects such as bumps, scratches, burrs, pits and rust on the surface of the reducer bar. The fastener connection should be firm, the pins should be tight, and the seal should be reliable.The handwriting of the mark should be clear and correct. After testing under specified environmental conditions, the mark and handwriting should still be clearly visible. The reducer should have reliable anti-rust measures.
The basic dimensions, Dimensions of the reducer, and the installation dimensions should comply with the drawings or assessment requirements of P09-919 and P20-P27 and be confirmed by the customer.The input gear shaft, mounting flange, etc. can be produced according to customer requirements. The relevant drawings should be confirmed by the customer before production.
When the reducer operates without load when the input speed is <3000r/min, its noise should be less than 70+3dB(A)
