Gear wear

The oil temperature is too high

Transmission accuracy decreases

High vibration of reducer
Fault manifestation: The overall vibration of the reducer is obvious, affecting the stability and service life of the equipment.
Cause analysis: In addition to the bearing damage and unstable installation, unbalanced gears, foreign objects inside the reducer, insufficient foundation stiffness, etc. may also cause vibration.
Solution: Perform dynamic balance tests on the gears, adjust or replace unbalanced gears. Clean foreign matter inside the reducer, strengthen the foundation, and improve the stiffness of the foundation.
