1. Core reinforcement and fastening technology
Upgraded bolts and anti-loosening devices: For repeated loosening of bolts, an innovative fastening method of high-strength bolts and double locking nuts can be used. At the same time, ordinary washers are improved into anti-loosening washers. Expanding the screw hole and precise positioning: If repeated disassembly and assembly result in external deformation of the original screw hole or damage to the internal thread, the original screw hole can be enlarged with a grinding machine, and a screw hole locator can be set to ensure the same axis, and then tightened with high-strength bolts, thus completely solving the problem of loosening caused by thread damage.
Optimize the base support structure: During the equipment design or modification stage, secondary fixation can be performed by adding pressure plates, adjustment blocks and other structures. For example, the adjustment bolts of the adjustment block are used to fix the reducer laterally, and then the pressure plate and stud bolts are used to achieve secondary fixation in the vertical direction. This can effectively resist shear impact and prevent the reducer from swinging and bolt loosening.
2. Repair of foundation grouting layer
If the shaking of the base is caused by the insufficient filling density of the secondary grouting material of the steel base during initial installation (that is, the grouting layer is hollowed out), high-pressure grouting method needs to be used to repair it:
Drag the reducer as a whole out of the base plate and disassemble it, check and tighten the embedded anchor bolts one by one.
Use a hammer to tap the steel base. If a "dong-dong" sound is heard, it indicates that the grouting layer is hollow.
After adjusting the level of the steel base and padding it firmly with pads, use a magnetic drill to drill grouting holes in all hollow parts (the hole spacing is controlled at about 200 to 300mm).
Nail the grouting needle into the hole and connect it to the high-pressure grouting pipe to inject epoxy resin grouting material. The ambient temperature needs to be controlled (15~25℃) during grouting, and it must be completed as quickly as possible. After grouting, it can be cured for 24 hours.
3. Transmission system inspection and treatment
Looseness of the base is often caused by poor gear meshing, and needs to be checked simultaneously:
Comprehensively tighten relevant components: Check and tighten the interface flange, positioning bolts, spring plate bolts and other related fasteners of the rotary kiln gear to prevent increased vibration due to unstable changes in the shape of the gear.
Dealing with tooth surface defects: If the meshing surface of the large gear is severely worn, has steps and fatigue pitting, it is necessary to use a step-by-step grinding method to deal with the steps at the tooth root and tooth top to make the arc transition smooth. After polishing, apply red powder and turn slowly to check the contact rate, and use running-in agent to make it gradually converge to normal meshing.
Check the bearing clearance: Check whether the bearing clearance of the pinion bearing seat is too large to avoid changes in the gear meshing clearance and position due to clearance problems.
