To determine the screw looseness :
Observe the rotation of the screw : If the screw starts to rotate easily when the torque has not reached the specified torque value and there is no obvious resistance, it means that the screw has been loose and needs to be re-tightened to the specified torque.
Comparison of multiple measurement results : For important screws or difficult to judge, the torque value of the same screw can be measured multiple times and compared. If the multiple measurements are significantly lower than the specified torque value and the screw rotates smoothly, it can be confirmed that the screw is loose.
Records and tags :
Record data : Record the measurement results of each screw, including the position of the screw, the measured torque value, and whether it is judged to be loose. These records facilitate subsequent maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.

Handle loose screws : According to the recording and marking, the loose screws are tightened and tightened to the specified torque value using a torque wrench.
