How to use oil effectively when using a reducer.Cars need gasoline to run.Likewise, reducers are.Gearboxes need oil to run.Oil plays a huge role every time you use your reducer.Different speed reducers use different oils, and different oils are used at different temperatures.So how do we run our gearheads from oil wells?The skills and methods of using oil in the reducer will be described in detail below.
1. When refueling, turn the ventilation cover on the upper part of the power base to refuel.When draining the oil, unscrew the drain plug on the lower part of the starter seat to drain the dirty oil.There is no lubricating oil left in the factory in the reducer.
2. The newly released reducer has been lubricated and replaced every six months.Grease is aluminum disulfide-2# or 2L-2# lithium base grease.
3. Under normal circumstances, the horizontal cycloid reducer is lubricated by the oil pool, and the oil level can be kept in the middle of the oil window.When the working conditions are bad and the ambient temperature is high, circulating lubrication can be used.
4. For the first 100 hours of refueling operation, the oil should be replaced with new oil, and the internal dirty oil should be flushed before continuous operation.The 8-hour working system should be replaced every six months.If the working conditions are not good, the oil change time can be appropriately shortened.Practice has proved that frequent cleaning and oil changes of the reducer play an important role in prolonging the service life of the reducer.Lubricating oil should be replenished frequently during use.
5. For the vertical installation of the planetary ring pin reducer, the oil pump should be strictly prevented from cutting off the oil to avoid damage to the components of the reducer.
As shown in Figure 6, lubricate the cycloid-free pin reducer with 40# or 50# mechanical oil at room temperature.In order to improve the performance of the reducer and prolong the service life of the cycloidal pin reducer, it is recommended to use 70# or 90# extreme pressure gear oil.Lubricants can also be reconsidered when working at high and low temperatures.
Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that oil plays a very important role in the operation of the entire reducer.At normal temperature, the use of oil can fully improve the performance of the reducer.When working and using the reducer for a long time, it can effectively protect the reducer and prolong the service life of the reducer.
