Confirm whether the load is stable, avoid frequent starts and stops, and overload operation. If necessary, add a buffer device to balance the load impact.
Check the stiffness of the reducer shell. If there is any deformation, it needs to be corrected or reinforced to reduce shell resonance during operation.
