1. After 200~300 hours of operation, the oil will be changed for the first time.In future use, you should form the habit of regularly checking the oil quality.Oil mixed with impurities or deteriorated must be replaced in time.
Generally, for reducers that work continuously for a long time, new oil should be carried out according to 5000 hours of operation or once a year.For reducers that have been out of use for a long time, new oil should also be replaced before restarting.
The reducer should be filled with the same brand of oil as the original one.Do not mix oils from different brands.Oils of the same brand but of different viscosities can be mixed;

When changing the oil, pay attention to waiting for the machine to cool down, there is no danger of burning, but it is still warm, because after complete cooling, the viscosity of the oil increases and it is difficult to drain the oil.NOTE: Cut off power to the transmission unit to prevent unintentional power supply;
3. During operation, when the oil temperature rises above 80°C or the oil pool temperature exceeds 100°C and produces abnormal noise, the use should be stopped, the cause should be checked, the failure must be eliminated, and the operation can only be continued after the lubricating oil is replaced;
4. The user should use and maintain the rules and regulations reasonably, carefully record the problems in the operation and inspection of the reducer, and strictly implement the above regulations.
