When installing the ZSY224 reducer, it is very important to ensure the concentricity of the transmission shaft. The following are some common methods and steps:
Check before installation
Perform appearance inspection of the reducer and drive shaft to ensure that there are no obvious defects such as bumps and deformation.
Measure the diameter of the input and output shaft of the reducer and the outer diameter of the drive shaft to ensure that the dimensions meet the requirements and the tolerances are within the specified range.
Basic installation
A solid and flat foundation is created for the support structure of the reducer and the transmission shaft. The planeness error of the foundation should be controlled within a small range, and it is generally required that no more than a certain value per square meter (such as 0.1mm).
Use appropriate anchor bolts to firmly fix the reducer on the foundation. When tightening the anchor bolts, it should be carried out in a certain order and torque requirements to prevent deformation of the reducer body.
3. Preliminary positioning
The transmission shaft is initially placed on its support structure so that one end of the transmission shaft is close to the input or output shaft of the reducer.
Use a level to check the horizontality of the reducer and the transmission shaft, and adjust the support structure or gasket, etc. to make the two consistent in the horizontal direction.
4. Accurate correcting
Use professional measurement tools such as dial tables to make accurate corrections. Fix the dial meter to the shaft of the reducer, contact the surface of the transmission shaft, then rotate the shaft of the reducer, measure the radial jump of the transmission shaft at different positions, adjust the position of the transmission shaft according to the measurement results, so that the radial jump value is within the allowable range (usually 0.05 - 0.1mm).
For longer drive shafts, measurements and adjustments may be required at multiple positions to ensure concentricity of the entire drive shaft. At the same time, it is also necessary to check the axial trench momentum of the transmission shaft to ensure that it meets the requirements.
5. Connection and review
After confirming that the concentricity meets the requirements, connect the transmission shaft to the shaft of the reducer. If the coupling is connected, ensure the installation accuracy of the coupling and tighten the connection bolts evenly.
After the connection is completed, use the dial table and other tools to review the concentricity again. If there is any deviation, it needs to be adjusted in time.
