Completely record the current, temperature (bearing temperature rise ≤ 40°C, maximum temperature ≤ 80°C), vibration (double amplitude ≤ 0.05mm), noise and other data during the no-load and load stages, and compare them with the factory or pre-maintenance data to confirm that the performance is up to standard. If there is any deviation, the reasons and adjustment measures must be noted.
4. Labeling and DeliveryPost
a 'Debugged Qualified' label on the reducer body, indicating the commissioning date and the person in charge to facilitate subsequent traceability management. If it is commissioning after maintenance, the delivery procedures need to be completed to ensure that the equipment can be put into normal operation.
