Features
Modular design: can be combined according to customer requirements and can be combined with different types of primary gears. The primary gear can be helical gear, bevel gear or a combination of helical teeth and spur teeth to meet different working conditions.
High-strength material: The box is made of ductile iron, which greatly improves the rigidity and earthquake resistance of the box. The sun gear, planetary wheel, internal ring gear, helical gear, and spiral bevel gear are all carburized and quenched to obtain a high hard wear-resistant surface. After the gear heat treatment, all teeth are polished, reducing noise and improving the efficiency and service life of the whole machine.
The transmission ratio range is large: the reduction ratio is 25~4000r/min, and a larger speed ratio can be achieved in combination with R and K series.
