National Standard : According to GB10068 - 2008 'Measurement and Evaluation of Mechanical Vibration Speed and Acceleration', the standard value of the reducer's vibration speed is 0.45mm/s, and the standard value of the vibration acceleration is 2.8m/s².
ISO Standards : ISO2372 and ISO10186 from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) set vibration level standards for different types of mechanical equipment. For large machinery with rotation speeds between 600 and 12000rpm, if it is a rigid foundation, the upper limit of the effective value of vibration speed (RMS) is 2.8, 4.5, 7.1, and 11.2mm/s, respectively, which corresponds to four levels: excellent, good, allowable and non-permitted; if it is a flexible foundation, the upper limit of the effective value of vibration speed (RMS) is 4.5, 7.1, 11.2, and 18mm/s, respectively, which correspond to the same four levels.
In addition, in industry practice, there are some specific data for reference. For example, for a rotor with a rated speed of 750r/min, the bearing vibration value should not exceed 0.12mm; for a rotor with a rated speed of 1000r/min, the bearing vibration value should not exceed 0.10mm; for a rotor with a rated speed of 1500r/min, the bearing vibration value should not exceed 0.085mm; for a rotor with a rated speed of 3000r/min, the bearing vibration value should not exceed 0.05mm.
