Function of hanging gear:
(1) The center distance, nominal transmission ratio and other main parameters have been optimized, and the interchangeability of main parts and components is very good.
(2) The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, and the tooth surface hardness reaches 58-62hrc.
(3) Small size, light weight, high precision, large bearing capacity, high efficiency, long service life, high reliability, stable transmission and low noise.
(4) Generally, oil pool lubrication and natural cooling are used.When the thermal power cannot be satisfied, circulating oil lubrication or fan cooling coil cooling can be used.
Application scope:
(1) Input speed N1≤1500R/min usually.
(2) The peripheral speed of gear transmission shall not be greater than 20m/s.
(3) The working environment is -40-50°C.If it is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting.This reducer can be used in both positive and negative directions.
Maintenance and installation of suspended reducers
1. The high-speed shaft and other parts are matched, and direct hammering is not allowed.Tighten in the screw hole in the shaft end and press the screw into the coupling.
2. After installing the reducer, it can only be debugged after rotating without interference.
3. Under the condition of no load, if you find abnormal sound, excessive heating or oil leakage after running for 2 hours, you should stop immediately to eliminate it.
4. When installing the tension arm, please try to make the tension arm perpendicular to the connection line between its fixed point and the output shaft, with a deviation of +10°, and make the tension arm in a state of tensile stress.
