The B3SH reducer belongs to the B series direct-axis gearbox reducer. The following is its performance comparison with the K series, ZFY series, and JZQ series reducers:
Transmission efficiency
B3SH reducer: Both cylindrical gears and spiral bevel gears adopt the grinding process, with an interstage efficiency of about 98%.
K series reducer: efficiency up to 95% or more. The gears are carburized and quenched with high-quality alloys, finely processed with teeth, smooth transmission and small energy loss.
ZFY series reducer: high efficiency, up to about 90%. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel by carburizing and quenching, with high accuracy and relatively small friction loss during transmission.
JZQ series reducer: efficiency coefficient is 0.94. Its gears and shafts are made of high-quality carbon steel, and have been tempered and have relatively low manufacturing accuracy and transmission efficiency.
Carrying capacity
B3SH reducer: The allowable torque range is 5.8 - 900kNm, the power range is 2.2 - 3000kW, and can withstand large loads.
K series reducer: high overload capacity, power up to 200kW or above, torque range of 200 - 50000Nm, can meet various load conditions.
ZFY series reducer: The main parameters such as center distance have been optimized and designed. The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, with large load-bearing capacity and can be widely used in heavy-duty industrial departments such as metallurgy and mining.
JZQ series reducers: suitable for general lifting, transportation, mining machinery, etc., with a load-bearing capacity relatively lower than the previous types of reducers. They are often used in occasions where the load is not particularly huge.
Noise level
B3SH reducer: adopts a sound-absorbing box structure, a large box surface area, a large fan, as well as advanced tooth grinding technology, with low noise.
K series reducer: adopts a variety of sealing structures and multi-directional noise reduction measures to ensure excellent low noise performance.
ZFY series reducers: high gear accuracy, stable transmission and low noise.

Speed ratio range
B3SH reducer: The speed ratio range is 5-400, and the transmission ratio is finely graded, which can meet different operating conditions.

ZFY series reducers: mainly include four series: ZDY (single stage), ZLY (two stages), ZSY (three stages) and ZFY (four stages). The speed ratio range is relatively wide and can meet the transmission requirements of different equipment.
JZQ series reducer: There are 9 speed ratios, namely 48.57, 40.17, 31.50, 23.34, 20.49, 15.75, 12.64, 10.35, and 8.23, with relatively few speed ratio choices.
