Disassembly and assembly process
1) Disassemble all components.During the disassembly process, please pay attention to the placement direction of the surface marked with the steel seal on the ring wheel and the relative position of the two ring wheel marks;
2) Carefully clean and inspect the disassembled parts, and replace damaged parts; after careful inspection, it was found that one bearing on the eccentric sleeve was damaged, and the seals of the entire machine were worn to varying degrees.The maintenance plan is to replace new bearings and all seals;
3) Assembly of the output terminal
(1) As shown in Figure 1, first install two bearings on the output shaft 1.During installation, only tap the bearings lightly with a copper rod to prevent damage to the bearing support.
(2) Step 2 Install the output shaft into the base.First, balance the base 4 with the wood with a certain height from the ground, then install the bearing-mounted output shaft 1 to the base 4 → install the fixing ring 2., Lay a square log in the center of the output shaft, and then use a copper rod to knock the output shaft into the support.
4) Input terminal assembly
(1) As shown in Figure 2, install the skeleton oil seal to the large end cover 2 → install the input shaft 1 → install the washing machine → repair the flat key, and then place the installation parts on a flat workbench to install the subsequent parts;
(2) Place the paper pad → install the needle tooth 3 → insert the acupuncture needle sleeve 4 → put it into the first ring wheel (note that the side of the steel grade face faces up);
(3) Tap the newly purchased eccentric bearing 6 onto the eccentric sleeve → on the input shaft 1 → place it on the spacer ring 5 → place it in the second cell disc wheel 7 (note that the steel grade is upward The sides are up and staggered 180° from the first disc) → put in the washer → install the bearing → install the outer retaining ring → place the paper pad, as shown in Figure 3;
(4) Put in the needle sleeve → apply grease → adjust the position of the spacer ring, ring wheel and pin sleeve → to install the output part;
5) Assemble the input and output terminals
As shown in Figure 4, insert the output end into the input end, tighten the bolts → install the output end frame oil seal → install the small end cover 3 (as shown in Figure 1) and tighten the bolts.When assembling the input and output, please pay attention to the direction of the lifting point and the vent hole on the pin gear housing, and make sure that the reducer is facing up when placed normally.
