The correct application of planetary reducer is an important node to ensure the stable operation of mechanical equipment. When assembling the planetary reducer, try to assemble it carefully.
First of all: determine whether the motor and reducer are intact, and check whether the dimensions of each part connected between the motor and reducer are matched.
Step 2: connect the motor and reducer naturally. When connecting, ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the reducer and the input shaft of the motor is the same, and the outer sides of the two are parallel to prolong the service life, so as to obtain ideal transmission efficiency and low noise. During assembly, it is strictly prohibited to strike with a hammer to avoid excessive axial or radial force damaging the bearing or gear. Tighten the assembly bolts before tightening the force bolts.
Step 3: unscrew the screw on the dust hole outside the reducer flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring to align its side hole with the dust hole, insert it into the hexagon socket and tighten it. After, remove the motor shaft key. Before assembly, the motor input shaft, locating boss and antirust oil at the connecting parts of the reducer shall be cleaned with gasoline or sodium zinc water.
Step 4: after the planetary reducer is assembled, it shall rotate flexibly by hand without Caton lag. All connecting screws shall be tightened before startup. The no-load test run shall not be less than 2 hours. The operation shall be stable without impact, vibration, noise and oil leakage. It shall be removed in time when it is found. During application, regularly check whether all fasteners are loose to ensure normal operation.
