For dynamic self-locking of turbine reducers.The dynamic self-locking of the reducer means that when the input shaft at the motor end suddenly stops, the output shaft can stop synchronously. The dynamic efficiency that meets the dynamic self-locking must be less than 0.4.Static self-locking means that when the reduction gearbox is in a stopped state, the load on the output shaft cannot push the worm, and the static efficiency needs to be less than 0.5. However, in the dynamic self-locking efficiency, when the static self-locking efficiency is greater than 0.6, Dynamically reversible; when between 0.5-0.6, the dynamic is low and reversible; when between 0.4-0.5, the dynamic self-locking is good; when less than 0.4, the dynamic self-locking is good.As for static self-locking, when the static self-locking efficiency is greater than 0.55, it is static reversible; when it is between 0.5-0.55, it is static low reversible; when it is less than 0.5, it is static self-locking.These are just general classifications showing the function of mud, vibration and shock can affect the backstop function of the turbine reducer.For a combined reducer, the inverse condition must be considered. The efficiency of the combined reducer is the product of the efficiency of each reducer, which is to multiply the efficiency of the two reducers.
