2. When disassembling the motor, first take out the cover and fan, and then use the bushing to remove the bolts of the end cover and bearing cover.Then, hit the shaft extension axially with a wood or copper rod to separate the end cap from the base and remove the rotor.When removing components, the explosion-proof surface should be placed upwards and covered with rubber or cloth gaskets.Be careful not to lose the fastening bolts and spring washers.
3. During the coating impregnation and assembly process, the insulating coating or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface should be cleaned.Hard objects such as iron plates are not allowed, but petroleum stones can be used for uneven places.
4. If the explosion-proof surface is damaged, lead-tin solder HISNPB58-2 must be used.Flux is hydrochloric acid at 30% concentration (steel parts) or tin zinc solder, tin zinc contains 58~60% tin.The fluxes are * * * Ammonium Chloride, 30% and * * * Zinc Chloride, Zinc Chloride, 70%.Add 100~150% mixed solution (for cast iron parts) for welding repair.The bond between the solder and the part should be strong and the protrusions should be placed flat to achieve the specified finish.
