2. Inject lubricating oil into the friction surface between moving parts to form an oil film to prevent metal-to-metal contact, reduce wear and prevent the rust-proof layer from falling off.
3. Keep the surface of the reducer clean and dry.
4. A layer of metal that is not easy to rust is plated on the surface of the reducer by electroplating, hot plating, etc. to form a dense oxide film to prevent the reducer from directly contacting water, air and other substances.
Rust will seriously affect the service life of the reducer and reduce its efficiency.Therefore, it is recommended to take the above anti-rust measures before use to ensure that the reducer can be used for a long time.
