After the planetary reducer runs without load for 10 minutes, the oil seal bush and the shaft move relatively; after idling for about 1 hour, there will be a small amount of oil leakage at the joint between the oil seal and the oil seal bush; when working, the oil seal bush moves outward; the oil seal and the oil seal bush Contact temperature is too high.


According to the analysis of the above problems, in order to ensure that the cooperation between the oil seal bush and the shaft in the planetary reducer meets the design and use requirements.Interference fit is required, and the minimum interference cannot be too small.At the same time, the influence of interference fit on the outer diameter of the sleeve should also be considered.According to the above basic principles, two implementation plans have been formulated: the first plan is to distribute the shaft according to the shaft size, and the second plan is to distribute the shaft according to the shaft size.In the case that both the shaft and the shaft sleeve are completed, in order to meet the design and use requirements, the first option can be adopted, which can reduce the cost, and the same batch of shaft sleeves can continue to be used in the future.Subsequent production products will be implemented according to Plan 2 to better control the scale.
