When checking the oil quality of planetary reducer, cut off the power supply. After the reducer is cooled, place the oil pan under the oil drain bolt, and then open the oil level bolt, oil drain bolt and exhaust hole to start oil drain. After the oil is completely drained, reinstall the oil drain bolt and inject new lubricating oil. 2. The lubricating oil of planetary reducer may deteriorate due to various reasons after being used for a period of time, so the oil quality of the lubricating oil should be checked regularly. 3. The brand and model of lubricating oil shall be consistent with the original lubricating oil, and the oil quantity shall be consistent with the installation position. After the oil level bolt reaches the specified amount, tighten the oil level bolt. The brand and model of the replaced lubricating oil shall be consistent with the original lubricating oil system, and the oil quantity shall be consistent with the installation position information.
